After creating a wiki (an open, editable webspace) for the purpose of compiling a collaborative Rho Rho history, I thought we would attempt to have a blog presence as well. Since this may contain some opinions and more sensitive information, I have initially set this blog to require readers/writers to log in. Right now, I think we will also invite brothers via to join the blog. I will establish categories to help get discussions and sharing to occur. This site might be most valuable as a quick an easy way for the active brothers to share their activities and operations of the chapter. Our current active chapter advisor, Rick Haney, can have his own area. Also we can have a category for the Alumni Chapter. Let me know if you want additional categories or links to appear on this blog.
It is very important that you forward email addresses of Rho Rho brothers so we can invite them to read and add content to our blog. Send these email addresses and your comments to Shawn Kimball, your blogmaster, at kimballs@hermon.net.
Rho Rho has gone high tech! Join the discussion by clicking “Comment” or “No Comments” directly below the entry title to which you wish to respond.

Shawn…
How do I post something on this space? Is there a place to post something larger than a comment, like a new topic or do I create my own page?
Rick

In order to create a new post and not end up as a comment under another post, you must register and request to have author status. I cannot make you an author until you go to the site. If you post a comment, I see it and can then adjust your permissions. The best thing to do is to email me, tell me what you wish or need to do and I will make you an author. Chapter Advisor Haney has now become an editor so he can monitor the site and edit as necessary.
Remember this site can only be reached by giving the site address to others. If people want to write here, I need their email addresses from them, you, or anyone. Once someone is invited, registers, and has logged in, they are automatically able to post a comment.
I intend to make all Rho Rho brothers authors, so drop me an email or leave a comment and I will make you an author to submit your own thoughts for all to see.
Take charge brothers! We need active brothers to post announcements and news here. We need alumni to do the same.
Blog on Brothers, blog on!!

I know this sounds stupid , but what is the best way to write my own post? To I just click something or what? I have been extremely busy lately , but this summer once I get out of school and things start slowing down I plan to make some posts and update some things, post some pictures on Wiki etc.
Thanks.
